Job Description:
Responsibilities include: Providing client support and system monitoring; Performing backups and prepares backup tapes for storage and conduct and monitor computer processing, Conducting backups, provide technical support to clients by responding to emails, answering phone calls and fulfilling report requests; Monitoring the status of equipment such as; PCs, printers; Performing file transfers Perform project work when required; and, Troubleshooting issues to a resolution.
Associates (2 year) degree or equivalent experience. Must have expertise in MS Windows XP and application installations and must be able to effectively troubleshoot, work with customers and have strong organizational and record keeping skills. Minimum of 5 + years of relevant work experience required.
