Modis is seeking a couple of Help Desk Technicians for a contract role in Hopkinsville, KY 42240.
They are looking to add to a team that will support North America locations. This is an 8:00-5:00 pm , M-F position. An ideal candidate will demonstrate great customer service and have a firm understanding of Microsoft environments. There's potential for this role to be converted to a full time position.
Key Duties to include:

  • Supporting end users remotely
  • Diagnose laptop/PC/Desktops for refresh, replacement, reimaging of Windows 10 and be able
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft Windows 8/10, Outlook, connectivity issues, reimage machines, licensing
  • Assist with creating new badges for building access


  • 2-3 years in a Help Desk role supporting employees remotely (ideally with SecureConnect but any remote tool will be fine)
  • Experience supporting Windows 10, Office 365 or MS Office Suite, peripherals  like printers, diagnose network connectivity
  • Passion to help people and cool under pressure  

PREFERRED (Nice to Have's)

  • Experience with Secure Connect
  • Microsoft certifications or Network+
