Summary:
This position is responsible for securing user access and maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of organizational information systems, as well as the integration of user access security best practices.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated engagement and understanding as it relates to relationship management with non-IT based customers in a centralized access control model.
Must be able to apply logic to the analysis, development and implementation of complex workflows.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong technical aptitude and technical problem resolution skills.
Knowledge and skills in project management methods with an ability to demonstrate methods when needed to lead projects.
Ability to use discretion when handling confidential information.
Two-year degree OR three years of computer experience working in IT supporting end user provisioning and vendor access controls.
Experience with IT change control procedures and processes, IT configuration management and IT service delivery.

Responsibilities:

Process new, transfer, modify, or terminate user access requests according to standard operating procedures and service level agreements.
Create and maintain up-to-date provisioning processes and documentation including on-boarding, off-boarding, and role based management.
Utilize technology tools such as Active Directory, Exchange, Citrix, and other 3rd party and in-house software resources to complete provisioning tasks.
Responsible for communication and timely resolution of any access and permission discrepancies identified through periodic monitoring and auditing activities.
Coordinate with application owners to on-board applications not provisioned by Information Services.
Monitor and audit access to information systems and applications, and report any issues or misuse.
Provide second-level support for end-user access and permissions issues.
