Location:   Akron, Ohio
Duration:   2-month Contract Possibility of Extension
Modis, a leader in the IT staffing industry, is working with a client to fill a Helpdesk Analyst Job in Fairlawn, Ohio. Helpdesk Support Technician will provide PC and business application support to users via phone/email.

  • Work closely with fellow IT personnel to ensure that incidents are responded to appropriately
  • Open a ticket in the Service Desk tracking application for all requests
  • Resolve and close as many incidents as possible.
  • Follow through with all incidents, record resolutions and close the incidents after solutions have been implemented.
  • Analyze incidents and research for solutions in prior incidents, standard solutions database, reference manuals, online resources, etc.
  • Escalate Issues as Appropriate
