An enterprise bank is looking for an experienced Human Resources Coordinator for its Wellesley location!
 
Job Overview:
Location: Wellesley, MA 02481
Duration: 6 months (chances for perm opportunity)
Hours: 8:30-5:00, M-F
Parking: On-site parking provided
Pay: TBD
 
Job Details:


  • Qualified candidate will support a team of HR Recruiters.
  • Duties include day-to-day HR processing and administration, orientation, and assist with special projects and other projects, as needed.
  • Providing support for recruiting administrative work includes: interview scheduling, offer letters, compliance and other recruiting administrative duties.
  • Schedule drug screens.
  • Follow up with HM to move candidates around.
  • Must be able to multi-task and switch priorities.
  • Familiarity with Word, Excel, Outlook, PeopleSoft is preferred.
  • Help with projects and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Training provided.
