A fortune 200 company and the fifth largest banks in the US is looking for an HR Coordinator in Overland Park area.
 
Job Overview:
Location: Overland Park, KS 66213
Duration: 4 Month Contract to hire
Responsibilities of the HR Coordinator include:


  • Providing administrative Human Resources support to assigned HR Business Partners onsite and in remote locations.
  • Processing a variety of confidential information and documents.
  • Handling the onsite pre-employment screening process.
  • Maintaining and distributing data/information, including the preparation of reports and/or presentations as requested by HR team.
  • Maintaining employee file data, to include imaging, as well as instructing and assisting employees in the completion of required forms.
  • Assisting with administrative duties relative to recruitment.
  • Assisting HR Business Partners on projects as assigned.
  • May assist HR Business Partners with light employee relations issues and unemployment claim responses.

Qualifications:  

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three or more years of experience in administrative and/or Human Resources activities
  • Excellent computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Well-developed reading, writing, and mathematical skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent customer relations skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
