A HR Generalist job in Westminster, CO is available courtesy of Modis Engineering and Technology. Provide HR support to Director and/or Manager of Human Resources and leads recruiting effort to assure qualified candidates are accessed, attracted, and successfully placed. Must have recruiting experience.

HR Generalist job responsibilities include:
• Oversees development of recruitment ads.
• Manages recruiting for assigned hourly, non-exempt, and temporary positions.
• Takes a lead role in employee relations–gathers data, conducts investigations and reports findings.
• Leads routine HR projects including communications, conducting meetings, tracking results, and reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, labor relations, business administration or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 or more years’ experience in HR generalist or specialist role
• Highly detail oriented; checks own work, keeps accurate records, organizes information effectively.
• Proven track record of effective process management and improvement.
