Modis is seeking an HR Reporting Analyst for a contract position in Austin, TX. In this role you will focus on operational data within the Human Resources department. You will need to be familiar with HR and Talent Acquisition data and have strong Microsoft Excel skills.
No sponsorship available at this time. You must be a United States Citizen or hold a current Green Card in order to qualify.
 
Responsibilities:
• Run scheduled weekly and monthly reports as well as ad-hoc reports.
• Manage the case management system for reporting and analytics requests.
• Develop standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and metrics.
• Analyze and interpret trends or patterns in data sets.
• Triage, prioritize, and deliver reports as requested to stakeholders to support projects.
• Visualize, manipulate, and present data.
 
Qualifications:
• Two – four (2 – 4) years of experience with Human Resources data reporting.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills as it relates to reporting within HR.
• A solid understanding of HR systems structure, functions, and processes is preferred.
• Prior experience working with confidential data and information, and the ability to use discretion is required.
• Experience with Oracle, Jobvite, or another HRIS or ATS is preferred.
