Requirements:


  • Demonstrates In-depth knowledge of federal and California employment regulations and guidelines
  • Installs, updates and maintains functionality; monitors product releases and upgrades; collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to identify necessary configuration changes; makes recommendations based on finding
  • Builds and/or manages interfaces between related systems, manual and electronic, internal and external, to ensure efficient and effective integration
  • Intermediate skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Windows and Outlook, including the ability to create formulas, charts and graphs
  • At least six years in a corporate human resources function, which includes at least two years configuring HR systems and two years compiling and presenting reports; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
