Modis, a leader in the IT staffing industry, is working on a HRIS Analyst I job for a client in Cleveland, OH.  
 
General Summary:
 
Our client is looking for a more Junior Level Data Analyst who has a strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and would be interested in learning the HRIS systems.
 
This position is responsible for the administration and support of the clients HR systems. In addition, this person will also provide technical support for the applicant tracking and on-boarding systems.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provides support of HR systems and Applicant Tracking Software
• Analyzes data requests and creates HR statistical queries and reports
• Maintains employee information in the HRIS database
 
Job Specifications:
• Minimum of Associate Degree in Information Technology or Related Field
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Ability to evaluate and analyze confidential data
• Capability to work under strict deadlines
• Good communication skills and excellent customer service
• Detail-oriented, organized and accurate
