Modis is working with a client in the Alpharetta area looking to hire a Level 3 Technology Support Specialist for a long term contract. This can also be a remote position - if local they will be flexible on your schedule. Sponsorship and third party candidates cannot be considered for this opportunity. You must be W2 or have your own LLC to be eligible for this position.
This is a very interesting position and are looking for a very particular candidate. Looking for someone that has a networking background and has experience supporting Security technologies.

  • Knowledge of Unix/Linux, Windows 2012 server O/S, Web/IIS, networking/LAN/WAN/DMZ

    • Good knowledge of network. IPV4, DNS

  • Possesses strong knowledge of ServiceNow
  • Experience working with SPAN ports and TAPs
  • Strong experience with roll outs, configurations, and Technical Support
  • Experience supporting Fidelis XPS, Cisco StealthWatch, RSA NetWitnes, Cisco Umbrella
  • Would prefer to see a CCNA and ITIL Certifications
  • Any experience  with Splunk, Archer, or other Symantec products would be a plus

This is not an analyst or hands on networking but supporting the security tools already in place.
