Modis Engineering is seeking an Infrastructure Support Team Lead for a long-term contract with to-hire option position Greensboro, NC. The desired candidate will have five or more years of related technical and managerial experience as well as two or more years supporting Cloud environments.

Responsibilities:

Problem solve, resolve conflicts, attend to details, and execute
Supporting both Windows and Linux environments, scripting, networking concepts, and automation implementation
Approach technical challenges from a business perspective

Education and Experience Requirements:

5+ years of related technical and managerial experience
2+ years of supporting Cloud environments
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Skilled in effective IT service management processes and procedures

Employment Type: long-term contract with to-hire option
