Job Description:

Make ink to precise documented procedures in mixing vessels through use of computerized system
Monitor formulation samples at predetermined stages
Interface with the QC lab to provide sample for analysis
Make ink formulation adjustments based on feedback from QC lab
Loads dry chemicals(waxes, dyes and resins) by hand and/or pneumatic conveyor
Monitor process equipment to documented process parameters
Record and track data in written and electronic logbooks
PPE (personal protection equipment)-Tyvek suit with respirator, thermal arm and hand protection, safety harness, Steel Toed shoes and safety glasses
May also use the following equipment: Mechanized and pneumatic lift/assist equipment, hand tools, and computer and proprietary software

Requirements:

Demonstrate ability to do manual labor
Demonstrate ability to stand for extended periods of time (2 hours) without interruption
Demonstrate ability to lift 22 pounds repetitively; occasionally lift up to 30 pounds; may need to lift up to 50 pounds based on assignment
Demonstrate ability to perform math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, fraction, percentage)
Demonstrate proficiency in the English language-verbal, reading and writing skills
Ability to demonstrate a high sense of quality awareness and attention to detail

Education and Experience

Minimum of 6 months of experience as Level 1, and must be qualified/certified as Level 2, or equivalent prior training/experience
Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent
