A Tier 1 Support Job is available through Modis. This is a direct hire opportunity with one of our clients in the Denver Tech Center. (Englewood, CO) . This person will provide phone coordination for field installation reps.

Tier 1 Support Job Requirements:

Experience in IT troubleshooting
2+ years in a customer service role or phone enviornment
Technically savy
Knowledge of ticketing systems
Knowledge of installation or field service
Troubleshooting, problem solving and trend identification


Requirements

Ability to work non-standard shift hours anytime between 7am to 7pm with possible weekend shifts
High school diploma or GED
