Our client, an enterprise company in San Antonio, Texas, has a current opening for an Instructional Designer to join their team as a contractor for 6+ months. This opportunity offers the chance to work closely with curriculum content and help redesign how training is done in this company.  Our client is looking for someone with strong experience, excellent attention to detail, and a breadth of knowledge on current software versions such as Articulate Storyline v.3.

Scope of duties:
 
 
1. Create and design documents inside LMS
2. Analyze designs for feasibility and efficiency for training employees. Employees will utilize at corporate office or out in the field at retail locations.
3. Perform Instructional Design,  Assess and test content elearning in Articulate Storyline.
4. Design and analyze general design, navigation, video and animation, text content, graphics, et al.
5. Work closely with creators of content and curriculum.
 
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors Degree in related field, (such as Instructional Design, Graphic Design) preferred and 3 years+ of experience OR
2. Non-degree, 7 to 10 years of experience in elearning, instructional design and development for Employee / Corporate Training.
3. Recent experience using Articulate Storyline v.3
