Modis is currently seeking an Insurance Claims Analyst for a 1+ year contract opportunity with one of our top clients located in Madison.
About our client:
Our client is a Fortune 500 organization, and one of America’s top providers for automobile, property, and casualty insurance.   We are seeking a Claims Analyst to join our team in Madison, focusing on Automobile Claims management.
- This Insurance Claims Analyst will be investigating unclaimed / uncashed payments related to car rentals, accidents, glass and emergency roadside services.
- The role will involve a significant amount of Customer Service in following up with policy holders, 3rd parties and vendors via phone, email and US Mail
- This Claims Analyst will be working closely with claims adjusters and compliance teams on a day to day basis to determine if claims are still owed and what claims status is.
- At least 2 years of prior experience working on insurance claims investigation / claims analysis is required
Required Technical and Educational Qualifications
- Required High School Diploma
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Insurance Claims role.
- Prior experience working on Automobile claims a plus!
- Strong customer service skills
Contract Duration: 1+ year   
Compensation / Pay Rate: $18 - $20 /hour W2
