A full time Inventory Coordinator job in American Canyon, CA is available courtesy of Modis. In this role, the qualified candidate is responsible for maintaining inventory between the facility and external warehouses for raw materials, packaging, and semi-finished and finished goods. The qualified candidate will also monitor inventory levels and product movement. The Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring a conforming product mix, facilitating efficient order fulfillment, and contributing to a safe and orderly working environment.

Inventory Coordinator Job Responsibilities Include:

Monitor and control inventory integrity for internal and external warehouses.
Maintain product identification and location program and ensure labeling requirements are met.
Oversee physical inventories, coordinate and follow yearly schedules for cycle counts and perform audits and reconciliations.
Investigate and report unbalance process orders and inventory discrepancies for packaging and raw materials.
Coordinate and integrate efforts across operational departments to enhance inventory accuracy such as training site staff in proper inventory control techniques and practices.
Document and control non-conforming materials, expired, blocked and damaged product.
Maintain inventory accuracy metrics and reports for management, participate in regular meetings and yearly audits.


Associate’s degree in Business Administration or Logistics
Preferred 1-3 years of warehouse experience
SAP work experience preferred
Strong attention to detail, Excel experience
Maintain professional relationship with internal and external customers
