An IT Analyst job in Erie, PA is available through Modis. You must have two years’ IT analysis experience to be considered for this position. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the client’s ESM (Enterprise System Management) tools, dashboards and reports and advise on suggested or required actions. You will also compile reports and identify trends.

IT Analyst job responsibilities include:
• Review and analyze ESM documentation, standards and procedures and advise on recommended changes or updates.
• Review, analyze and report on the events and alerts within the client’s system
• Compile monthly scorecard metrics
• Attend meetings to provide informational support, record meeting minutes and act as a liaison to the ESM team
• Provide educational support on client’s ESM and capabilities.
• Assist with ticket trend analysis and triage

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CIS or related field
• Two years’ analysis experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience creating reports and dashboards highly preferred
