Opportunity open for an IT Desktop Support Analyst located in the heart of the Loop of Chicago, IL (walkable from both Union and Ogilvie Train Stations)! The primary job function will focus on the global imaging and in-place upgrades to Win10 of desktop and laptop systems.  As well as: break/fix service, operating system and application loading and application configurations.
To be considered you must have the following experience:
• 2+ years of experience in a service desk or support role
- O365 Product Suite
- Microsoft SCCM and Imaging technologies
- Foundational experience with enterprise directory and directory integration services (AD, LDAP, ADFS, PKI)
• Strong customer service, communication and training skills
• Expertise in Windows, Windows Server, Microsoft Office and other software packages
• Experience in Financial Services Industry a plus
