Title : IT Engineer III
Location: Costa Mesa, CA
Duration: 6 months + contract
Install, troubleshoot, and repair hardware, software, printers, phone and AV equipment.
Review, audit, and revise policies affecting security and operability of hardware and software.
Diagnose and solve problems with hardware, software, and network.
Order equipment and software and coordinate with vendors.
Building and maintain Windows servers in Standalone & VMware environment
Provide Tier III/other support per service requests. Investigate and troubleshoot issues.
Provide timely feedback to service requests or inquiries from end-users
Administer and maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Backup systems, PGP, VMware, and virtual servers.
Apply server security patches and updates.
Add, remove and modify users on systems in accordance with internal policies.
Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required.
Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning.
Utilize various tools for monitoring of system health
7 years of experience are required.
