Modis, a leader in the IT staffing industry, is working on a Helpdesk / Desktop Support job for a client in Cleveland.  
 
Our client is a stable company that offers tremendous room for growth.  Their business is continuing to expand rapidly and they need to add to the Technical Support team ASAP!
 
Summary:
 
• Technical support professional with 3 – 5 years of experience under their belt (NOT an entry level position, must have at least 3 years of IT Support experience)
• Looking for candidates that possess a blend of Helpdesk and Desktop Support experience
• Will provide support to internal end users via Email, IM, Phone, as well as Desk Side
• Must be able to provide exceptional support and customer service to the internal staff
• In need of someone who can fit into a collaborative environment and takes a team approach
 
Experience:
1. Windows OS, 7 and 10
2. Microsoft Office Suite, 2010 – 2016 (heavy Microsoft Word)
3. Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP
4. Email Support, Remote Access Support, Document Management Systems (DMS) Support
5. Must possess exceptional communication (verbal and written) and have excellent interpersonal skills
