An full time, IT Support Specialist job in Chicago, IL is available courtesy of Modis. Our client is looking for an IT Support Specialist with two to four years of expereince, who will be an integral part of a fast-paced technology support and implementation department. Must have a working knowledge of desktop systems, installation, configuration, maintenance and support. Must be comfortable routinely working in remote access sessions with users and be able to troubleshoot effectively over the phone to compliment the sessions.

IT Support Specialist Job Qualifications:

PC Troubleshooting (hardware/software/network/peripherals)
Microsoft operating systems (7, 8.1, 2008 r2 servers)
Microsoft Office 2013, 2016
Active Directory
Outlook/OWA/Exchange (C/A/R Mailboxes)
Microsoft SCCM Imaging
