Our Fortune 100 client in Scottsdale, AZ is looking to add a Production Support Practitioner (IT Support) to their team for an 18 month contract.
 
Responsible for daily lights-on incident and request ticket resolution, PC Refresh configuration and deployments, desktop support and remote support working with associates to remediate technical issues.
 
Role description:


  • Remediation of incident and request tickets
  • Troubleshooting technical issues
  • Working both remotely and in person with associates to help them keep their computers functioning
  • Must be able to meet the SLA’s that are in place
  • Able to lift at least 50 pounds

 
Required skills:

  • Windows 7 Enterprise and Windows 10 troubleshooting experience
  • Software installation
  • Operating system troubleshooting
  • New equipment deployment
  • 3 to 5 years experience
