• ITSM knowledge
• Service Catalog
• ITIL Knowledge for Request Fulfillment
• Incident Mgmt
• Change mgmt
• Problem mgmt
 
This position does NOT have room for training so this person needs to have a solid knowledge of ITSM Process, ITIL processes and service catalog.  This position will support and work on the current tools.  They are all learning and implementing a tool (Cherwell) that will support all processes.
 
Desired skills (Nice to have) would be SQL, Powershell, HTML, SOAP
 
Level of Knowledge: Substantial level for ITSM Process, ITIL processes, Service Catalog
