Fortune 500 financial services and brokerage company is looking for a customer service representative in Phoenix, AZ. This person will be responsible for help desk and/or desktop support for Schwab systems. This position requires experience with 1st and/or 2nd level support, strong customer service skills and general PC skills including experience with Word, Excel and Outlook. Location: 2423 E Lincoln Dr. Phoenix, AZ 85016
Scheduled: Full Time M-F
12 month contract

  • Handling customer/client/contra calls, Requires previous customer service
  • Flexibility is a key aspect of this role and must be equally comfortable with direct client interaction as well as having the ability to network, research and resolve client operational issues.


  • Experience with 1st and/or 2nd level support. Strong customer service skills, strong people and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • General PC skills required including experience with Word, Excel and Outlook
