A Junior Technical Writer job is available for a new College Graduate with a leading Semiconductor Equipment Manufacturing Company in Santa Clara courtesy of Modis Engineering. This position will involve meeting with several core engineers frequently, and review and understand their data details and project backgrounds. Will generate PowerPoints, Word, Excel documents in a consistent and professional format including case studies, guidelines, manuals and analysis reports.

Junior Technical Writer job responsibilities include:

* Collect weekly progress reports from each engineer and write a weekly team report.
* Coordinate with broader team members to get feedback on the documents generated and incorporate the feedback.
* Create periodic technical newsletters and distribute.
* Post documents to the website (requires reformatting, standardization, sanitation, IP compliance)
* Interact with web team to fix bugs if any on website.
* Extensive coordination of a technical conference.
* Will need to work with and meet tight deadlines and this position requires coordination among busy people and requires getting an immediate response.


This is an entry level position requiring a Technical Degree/Engineering Degree
