Job Overview:
Location: King of Prussia, PA
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday with varying hours between 8 AM - 8 PM with possible weekend shift
Duration: 6 Month Contract
Pay: TBD
 
Job Responsibilities:


  • Provide quality customer service and support to customers on a daily basis
  • Complete problem resolution and account transaction processing in a timely manner.
  • Perform less complex operational tasks in a product or functional area, including processing, balancing, settling and servicing all types of security transactions.
  • Investigates and corrects errors in customer accounts and statements
  • Respond to customer verbal and/or written inquiries
  • Records details about customer inquiries and complaints
  • Coordinates and expedites customer inquiries to other departments for resolution. Familiarity with MS Office required.
