Must Haves – Skills / Technologies & percentage of time?
Experience using Visual Studio 2012, 2013 and 2015 and integrating with Team Foundation Server for source control, continuous integration, and code reviews
Experience developing T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and working with SQL Server
Experience with Tibco products a plus (Not required) (@JOIT - asking about other Middleware systems if helpful.
7+ years’ of experience as a Lead Application Developer
Expert knowledge of .NET frameworks 3.5, 4.0, and 4.5, C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET Web Forms and MVC, XML, JavaScript, jQuery, Web Services and SOA, WCF, ADO.NET and IIS
Great analytical and trouble shooting skills
Passionate about technology and willingness to continually improve skill set
Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Visio (as applicable)
Ability to communicate well with the general public and experience in establishing and maintaining an effective working relationship with management, vendors, and co-workers
Ability to work in a team environment
Writing Code for Continuous Delivery tools and automation to help the product delivery team.
Writing Code for Containerizing our web application to help the product delivery team.
Configure Azure and building infrastructure to support products and spin up resources for products and team member to use.
Strong grasp of automation tools and scripting to build deployment applications.
Reviews code changes for completeness, scalability and adherence to existing patterns.
Plans/writes test scripts and executes those scripts as part of a comprehensive Systems Test.
Updates multiple system documentation as final step in development process.  The incumbent helps to ensure other teammates can support the application in the event of turnover or job change.
Completes emergency support tasks to bring applications back online for which the Lead Application Developer has oversight.
Designs new applications and modifying existing software applications.  features for implementation
Completes a variety of project construction/testing tasks in support of major upgrades and large projects and complete development Tasks in conformity with established Patterns.
Works collaboratively with   external vendors to achieve common objects, goals and results.
Takes full responsibility for multiple applications from inception to release
Collaborate with Project Managers, Database Administrators, Architects, and QA to complete business initiatives
Mentors developers to help increase their development capabilities
Provides estimates for work the team needs to do and may and defines the resources needed for a project and by which team.
Orchestrates delivery of tasks and follows up to ensure deadlines are met
