A Machine Designer job in Grand Rapids, MI is available through Modis Engineering. If you have two to three years’ experience in machine design, you are encouraged to apply to this position. Machine Designer job responsibilities include:
• Meet all technical, quality and regulatory requirements
• Meet all scheduling requirements
• Meet all budgetary requirements
• Design custom machinery using SolidWorks

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design or equivalent
• Two to three years’ experience minimum in machine design
• Must be able to design, know bill of materials and design calculations
• SolidWorks, AutoCAD 3D or Catia experience required
