A Manager of Service Delivery Operations job in Austin, TX is available through Modis. As the Customer Support Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring Jr. Developers including designing and developing software components. You will work with clients within the healthcare industry and overseeing new implementations. You will need to have excellent communication skills, and be able to interact with both internal and external customers.

Manager of Service Delivery Operations job responsibilities include:
• Mentor Jr. developers
• Design, develop and document software components
• Maintain and support current system and programs
• Maintain current system and implementations

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Five or more years experience with EDI development
• Three or more years experience in healthcare industry
• Experience in EDIFECS is a plus
• Prior experience with Java and Oracle is ideal
• Bachelor of Science degree is ideal but not a must
