A Manufacturing Engineer job in Minnetonka, MN is available through Modis Engineering. Candidates will be responsible for assisting in the development and analysis of packaging, products, materials, processes, or equipment. Under direct supervision/guidance, compiles, analyzes, and reports operational, test, and research data to establish performance standards for newly-designed or modified packaging, products, processes, or materials.

Manufacturing Engineer job responsibilities include:
• Successfully complete basic packaging / product development tasks, including any of the following: writing and/or verifying specifications; maintaining documentation; testing processes, equipment, raw materials, and product; and validating equipment and processes.
• Complete packaging tests and experiments for new product development and existing design improvements.
• Design, procure, and fabricate tooling and fixtures.
• Perform troubleshooting on new problems, as related to design, material, or process.


QUALIFICATIONS:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Science is required.
• Zero to one year of experience.
• Apply TDP and PDP methodologies.
• Identify areas for improvement, suggest solutions, and submit idea records.
