Market Research Executive Recruiter

Qualified candidate is responsible for partnering with hiring managers and Human Resources to seek out, assess, attract and hire the best talent (both internally and externally) Responsibilities include: learn and administer all staffing- related policies and procedures, including redeployment activity and the banks diversity recruitment emphasis; learn and develop external candidate sourcing methodologies including partnering with community agencies, search firm liaison activities and Internet tools utilization; and Facilitate internal mobility through the banks Career Opportunities Program (COP), which will include career counseling. Minimum requirements: 2-4 years of specific recruiting experience or related work experience in Human Resources; B.A. or B.S. or equivalent work experience preferred; Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), organizational skills, PC skills, and negotiation skills; Knowledge of employment law; and Knowledge of specific bank line(s) of business and/or sales experience a plus.
