This position supervises, organizes, directs, and measures all activities performed by the Material Control team to ensure the highest levels of safety, service, quality, and productivity are achieved in accordance with applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Work Instructions (WIs), Business Process Procedure (BPPs) and industry rules and regulations.


Bachelor’s degree preferred. In lieu of degree, five years of experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in the personal care, pharmaceutical or food industry.
Two years of supervisory experience required, preferably in a warehouse environment.
SAP strongly preferred
Ability to effectively build and lead a high-performing and engaged team.
Strong oral and written communication skills, leadership skills and organizational skills.
Self-starter with strong work ethic, positive attitude, and strong attention to detail.
Strong communication (both written and oral), interpersonal, team building and organizational skills.
Ability to perform multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and manage time efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to promote and participate in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
Strong technical skills and experience in analytical problem solving.
Ability to plan-ahead to minimize potential issues that may affect the company’s growth objectives.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).
Good understanding of FDA Good Manufacturing Practices Regulations (GMP’s) and OSHA safety requirements.
