A Remote Mechanical Switch Consultant job is available courtesy of Modis Engineering. As a qualified consultant you MUST have expertise in designing and mass-producing UL certified mechanical switches for residential/commercial buildings. Prior experience in successfully taking a mechanical switch from concept to mass production is a must. Specific experience in products for US market is preferred. Having worked with a mass manufacturer (US or Asia) of mechanical switch is highly desirable. Design for manufacturability, specific UL testing for mechanical switch and mass production experience is required. The role requires working closely with Mechanical Engineers in designing, prototyping, successfully UL testing switch from concept to mass production.

mechanical Switch Consultant Duties Include:

Reviewing current design, prototyping, pass UL testing and choose production partner for mechanical switch for US market.


10+ years’ experience, Mechanical switch design and production experience.
