Modis is currently seeking a Microsoft Dynamics AX Developer for an exciting Direct Hire job opportunity with our large Manufacturing client.
This Microsoft Dynamics AX Developer will be the in-house Subject Matter Expert and will have ownership over the AX environment.  This role will have the ability to make recommendations to streamline processes and improve applications for users.
- Partnering with business end-users to identify and uncover solutions for improving the Microsoft Dynamics integration with Web-based applications, Mobile applications, and back-end data reporting structures
- Working with the business to brainstorm ideas, and translate those ideas into technical specifications for development
- Creating & maintaining both high-level and low-level design documents, getting the approved sign-offs
- Developing new applications, new system integrations and new features within the existing platforms
- Uncovering unique ideas that will enhance business outcomes
- 5+ years’ experience Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 (D365)
- 2+ years’ experience with AX 12
- Exposure to C# or .Net
- Bachelor of Science Degree (Highly preferred) or the equivalent in hands-on experience
