A Mold Technician job in Franklin, TN is available courtesy of Modis. You must have experience with hot runner molds with multi-cavities. You will be using your experience with injection molding equipment to make adjustments to insure low reject runs. The salary for this position is 40k depending on experience and includes yearend bonus when company meets goals.

Mold Technician job responsibilities include:
• Doing machine setup and adjustments on VanDorn and Cincinnati Machinery
• Maintain hot runner molds with multi-cavities
• Work with materials to include polypropylene and polystyrene and other grades of resin
• Work to achieve maximum performance of tools with low rejects

QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School or GED
• One to two years of experience working with injection molding equipment
• Experience with VanDorn and Cincinnati machinery a plus
• Experience with polypropylene, polystyrene and other grades of resin
