The MS Dynamics CRM Lead Administrator is responsible for the support, administration, dependability and maintenance of the Dynamics 365 solution and its integration points.  In this role, the Administrator will work with teams across all levels of the organization (Marketing, IT, Client Team and Partners/EAs) to deliver cutting edge solutions in a complex and changing environment. The ideal candidate will combine experience with Dynamics, technical depth, strong communication and anticipation skills.
 
Job Duties
 


  • Oversees all levels of support for the Dynamics platform, specifically responsible for all technical issues which cannot be resolved by Tier 1 or the functional support team.
  • Identifies root cause and documents solutions to reoccuring issues and concerns.
  • Administers the Dynamics 365 platform including user management, configuration management, research, data analysis, and troubleshooting
  • Analyzes system errors and works with development, operations, and related business units to correct and/or assist in problem resolution.
  • Improves system performance, efficiency, and scalability
  • Provides technical expertise and support on all Dynamics 365 functionality

 
Job  Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, technology or related field
  • At least 4 – 6 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Experience designing, creating, customizing, and configuring Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
  • Significant knowledge of the O365 platform as it pertains to feature sets that integrate with Dynamics
  • The ability to envision and document infrastructure and system design specifications via architecture design diagrams
  • Advanced knowledge of relational databases and SQL Server
  • Excellent communication skills
