Our client located in Kalispell, MT is looking for a Project Manager for a 6-month contract opportunity.
 
Job Description:


  • Managing a team of 4 supervisors/managers and 30 front line colleagues.
  • Responsible for daily incoming print and mail, imaging, scanning, indexing, office facilities.
  • Oversight for large outsource print/mail conversion and other print and mail efficiency projects.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the print/mail and facilities in multiple locations. This includes performance management, talent development, driving strong execution, and fostering a culture of superior service delivery.
  • Accountable for overall statement processing and delivery for client National Flood Service (NFS). This includes management of internal resources, along with the outside vendor relationship that delivers this function. Also includes oversight of the facilities and print mail
  • Develop and lead execution on strategies to drive effectiveness and cost reduction processing operation.
  • Ensure needs are met relative to day-to-day facilities management, and building space is adequate to support the short and long-term business strategies of client NFS.
  • Administer client NFS and NFIP policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Responsible for managing and adhering to a department level budget.
  • Development of presentation materials and delivery of presentations to senior management and clients.
  • Oversee the work of supervisors and colleagues to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems. This will include reporting, monitoring statistics, etc.
  • Manage workflow to meet internal and external requirements as well as our service level agreements with outside clients. Will coordinate with other departments as need
  • Implement, measure and communicate progress and results across all organizational levels
  • Proactively identify and develop solutions to issues that may impede the progress or attainment of project objectives.
  • Lead team efforts in ambiguous situations by providing innovative processes to get work accomplished.
  • Ensures that resources are appropriately allocated to meet client’s needs.
  • Monitors service performance levels, ensuring activities are completed within client-specified time frames/accuracy levels.
  • Responds to escalated issues, as necessary.
