Shift Hour Expectations: M – F, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Description:
A leading technology company, ranked #1 in the Fortune 100, is looking to fill an open Operation Assembler position in Moncks Corner, SC. The position will provide support for the ongoing operations in their data centers by supporting the Engineers. The Operation Assembler position will replace parts, run cable, populate and depopulate racks, swap tapes and other various manual operations related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Transfer tools, parts, equipment, and supplies to and from work stations and other areas.
• Assemble/disassemble and populate/depopulate equipment racks.
• Run/install ethernet and fiber optic cable per defined process.
• Operate barcode scanners and associated software tools.
• Follow detailed instructions and perform other tasks as directed.
• Possess a positive attitude and be able to work well within a team oriented environment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years of general work experience in any field.
• Must be able to exert muscle force to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Must be able to understand and execute oral and written instructions.
