An Operations Coordinator job in Boise, ID is available on a contract to hire basis courtesy of Modis Engineering. As a qualified candidates you will be responsible for coordinating operations within the production centers of the client.

Operations Coordinator Responsibilities Include:

 Act as the single point of contact to the customer for all types of service requests
 Improve and maintain excellent customer service, perception and satisfaction
 Pre-process service requests as they arrive through email, manual entry, or direct customer input
 Creation of support tickets with client requests for technical support department
 Monitor ticket escalation status and follow up calls for these tickets
 Communication with customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages, verifying solution implemented resulted in the problem being solved to full customer satisfaction
 Assist in Dispatch of tickets/personnel
 Ticket Review
 Product and solution research as instructed by team members and supervisors
 Basic desktop repair/setup/troubleshooting tasks (Prep, Re-Load, Virus Scans)
 Monitor dashboards for issues and create tasks or tickets for those issues where appropriate
 Monthly software license quantity audit for billing preparation
 Report preparation
 Perform such other duties, including basic office duties, which are appropriate to the role, as may be required from time to time


Qualifications:

Knowledge of Microsoft Office, QuickBooks and Autotask (will train)
 Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of service request details
 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in person and on the phone
 Active listening skills to meet the customers’ needs
 Self-motivated to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to multi-task
 Ability to work as a team
