Job Summary & Scope:
The Technology Support Services Operations Coordinator is responsible to assist the Technology Support department in a number of areas. Their responsibilities include employee onboarding and off boarding, problem escalations; managing ticketing queues, event scheduling, tracking team attendance and maintaining the quality matrix. They will also be responsible for providing scheduling information to all vendors. This position will make sure inventory levels are up to date and accurate as well as forecasting project requirements and keeping allocation records. This position will also require strong organizational and interpersonal skills including the ability to flex their work schedule based on job requirements. This position requires top-notch multi-tasking skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate equipments onsite date  based on project date (carrier delivery)

  • Request equipment quotes from vendors
  • Following up on vendor equipment shipment and deliveries
  • Track expenses against budget and advise of jeopardies
  • Develop and maintain an effective business partnership with all IT vendors
  • Work with IT vendors to price and source IT related equipment
  • Track and maintain inventory levels on IT equipment purchases (bulk order equipment)
  • Project equipment inventory requirements
  • Ability to flex schedule to meet business and departmental needs
  • Asset Management Admin
  • Prepare/Contribute Quality Metrics and Report Card

Qualifying Education and Experience:

  • 3 years  related work experience with increasing responsibility
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organization skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and be self-motivate
  • Able to adapt to fast paced constantly changing environment
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft office package. (word, excel & power point)
  • Ability to use Purchase Order software (Lawson procurement software experience is desired)
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Responds to changes in the business requirements with the appropriate sense of urgency
