Our client in the Agricultural Services Industry is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with Oracle EBS implementation and support experience. The company is established but still growing and looking for a high energy individual who can come in and help them integrate and transition several disparate systems into a single cohesive one.
 
Responsibilities:


  • The candidate for this job will be responsible for assisting with system administration, project management and new implementations of the Oracle E-Business Suite, as well as assisting departments with Oracle functional support.
  • This job will require the candidate to design, create and run reports using Excel and Oracle for analysis and tracking of business processes and process improvement and optimization.
  • Additionally, the candidate will work with external parties, such as third-party vendors, as needed.
  • The role also includes automating manual processes, complex issue resolutions, coordinating information requests from multiple departments, and creation and maintenance of reporting tools.
  • Many of the requests will be time sensitive and require a high degree of time management, adaptability, and flexibility.
  • The ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment is critical.

 
Requirements:

  • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite specifically with MRP, Order Management, Transport, Inventory, and/or Costing modules.
  • 5+ years of related work experience
  • Project management experience
  • Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables)
  • Ability to work in a fast past paced environment
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Possess the ability to work well as part of a team and independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to use time productively, maximize efficiency, and meet challenging work goals
  • Ability to take on additional responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance.

 
Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
