Password Reset Customer Service Representative in Phoenix, AZ
 
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85016
Training Hours: 8AM-5PM, M-F
Hours: 8 hour shifts, 8AM-10PM, M-F (staggered shifts)
Pay: $15 per hour
 
Job Description:


  • Taking calls for website lockouts, password resets, web browser and site navigation issues, etc.
  • Will need to be able to think quick on their feet because they are dealing with time sensitive information
  • Will most likely be dealing with people that are not tech savvy
  • Will be first line of defense against identity theft
  • Will work within 3 screens at a time
  • Looking for people that have come from an office setting
  • Able to do basics with computers and know common terminology
  • Will escalate calls and do password resets all day
  • Taking inbound calls
  • Assisting internal employees and external clients with password resets

 
Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Perfect Punctuality and Attendance are expected for the first 30 days
  • No time off is allowed for the first 30 days
