Modis is currently searching for a Payroll Administrator job in Boston, MA. The Payroll Administrator will be working for a large global organization where the ideal candidate will be handling the payroll administration, 401k benefits, as well as other payroll tasks involved with a large global company.
• Bachelor’s degree and two years payroll experience or 5-7 years payroll experience
• Experienced in the use of outsourced payroll processing systems, ADP or ProBusiness strongly preferred
• Experience with California payroll processing is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong leadership, judgment and ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.  
• Ability to meet stringent deadlines
• Team-oriented with willingness to tackle any task, regardless of level
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, communication (both written and verbal), and analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to work as a team player
• Enthusiastic, self-starter capable of working independently on multiple projects with minimal direct supervision.
