Title Service Coordinator
Location: Minnetonka, MN
Duration: 6 month contract to hire (no h1b, cpt/opt)
Compensation: $45-55/hr during contract, $80K salary after conversion to FTE

What Project/Projects will the candidate be working on while on assignment?
Providing support for PeopleSoft Financials (FMS/FSCM)
 
What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position?


  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of issues, including in - depth technical analysis, troubleshooting, analyzing, root cause and engaging appropriate SME’s as needed to drive incident and problem management
  • Create and drive permanent solutions and improvements after root cause is identified
  • Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiencies
  • Ensure support readiness prior to the deployment of any change to the production environment
  • Monitor the environment health and recommend/drive improvements to enhance availability and performance

 
What skills/attributes are a must have?
•Hands on experience in Oracle 10g/11g, and MS SQL SERVER, Experience in Peoplesoft Financial modules
