Location: Philadelphia, PA
Hours: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM
Duration: 3+ Months Contract

Job Responsibilities:

  • The Associate is assigned to one or more Wealth Directors
  • The individual works closely with the Wealth Director(s) to assist in their marketing and sales efforts
  • Prepares sales presentations and does so with little supervision or direction
  • Responsible for account opening documentation and the account opening process
  • Track leads including pending business and new business
  • Researches and creates lists on potential prospect(s) as requested by Wealth Director(s)
  • Works with the Wealth Director(s) to retain and enhance current client relationships
  • Individual will assist (attend) with seminars, presentations and entertainment events
  • The individual will assist Wealth Director(s) with scheduling and maintaining their calendars, travel, expenses and database entry.
