A direct hire Plant Sanitation Supervisor in the North Dayton Area is available courtesy of Modis. To be considered for this job, you must have experience with sanitation, food safety and food manufacturing regulatory requirements. Experience with Continuous Improvement Programs: 5S, PLEX or equivalent programs is preferred.

Relocation assistance is available - Salary is negotiable and will be based on prior experience.

Sanitation Supervisor job responsibilities include:

• Supervising and overseeing Plant Sanitation Programs within the manufacturing facility and grounds, including equipment, processing lines and the plant.
• Train the sanitation team and line workers with the assistance of the Sanitation Manager.
• Impact and lead quality culture

• Previous experience in sanitation, food safety and food manufacturing regulatory requirements.
• Experience in leading team members and communicating effectively to achieve company goals.
• Experience with Continuous Improvement Programs, 5S, PLEX or equivalent MSS programs.
