Work with the engineering group and the operations group to develop and implement automation solutions (system integration)
Support the electrical department to red line or improve electrical diagrams
Support installations and troubleshooting at customer across the United States
Provide internal and external technical support and system upgrades
Travel to factory, training facilities and customer locations will be required (up to 50%)
Job duties are often performed in confined areas and in awkward positions.
Some positions may require the use of personal protection equipment and proper industry safety procedures when working with one or more dangerous element or conditions such as chemicals, electric currents or high voltage, moving mechanical parts, etc.
Travel to factory, training facilities and customer locations will be required (up to 50%)

• Must have experience with RSLogix 5000
Highly desired experience with Siemens Step 7 classic and TIA portal
Experience programming new and existing Allen Bradley and/or Siemens PLCs is a requirement.
C++ development experience in a Microsoft environment (or equivalent)
Experience programming a 2 or 3 joints robot arm is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering a plus
Firsthand experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting is necessary
Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills
Must be organized, detail oriented, and able to think designs through completely
Autocad Electrical, and Solidworks for 3D modeling a plus
BS in Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Robotic Engineering required
Professional experience in designing/programming motion controlled robotic systems
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
