Plumbing/Fire Protection Design Engineer job responsibilities include:


Performs assignments designed to develop professional work knowledge and abilities requiring application of standard techniques, and procedures in carrying out computer aided design (CAD) tasks.
Performs conventional designs, investigations, and surveys for which there are standard procedures.
Applies standard practices and techniques, adjusts and correlates data, recognizes discrepancies and follows design through a series of related steps.
File blueprints, catalogs, etc.
Makes engineering calculations.


QUALIFICATIONS:

Associates degree, in CAD design preferred
Two or more years, of piping, fire and plumbing design experience required
CAD (REVIT) experience preferred.
