The Global Privacy Team works closely with across multiple stakeholders, including Legal, Information Security, Risk and Incident Management to ensure operationalization of privacy requirements across the organization. In this role, this individual will be supporting the strategic, data driven program to enhance privacy capabilities across all of the organization and its products, gaining exposure to many levels within the organization. As such, this role requires agility to change and prioritization, including the ability to self-prioritize, adept at big picture strategic and solution oriented thinking, strong communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills, detail oriented, and have an understanding of privacy principles and regulations, including GDPR.  In this role, this individual will need to be able to work well in a fast paced team, understanding how each of his/her peers impact or may be impacted by his/her own activities, ensuring timely and proactive cross communication accordingly, and be a positive and collaborative partner and educator for our stakeholders.
 
Job Responsibilities:


  • Monitor Global Privacy mailbox and address stakeholder inquiries
  • Document policies and procedures
  • Develop training and socialization material for stakeholders
  • Develop and manage tracking and reporting
  • Coordinate and lead meetings with key stakeholders and represent the Global Privacy Team and Program
  • Advise on privacy risks
  • Build enhanced privacy capabilities and integrate into organizational processes and functions
  • Educate stakeholders on privacy program and requirements
  • Identify and drive enhancements to program initiatives

 
Basic Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years experience, consulting or transformational program change is desirable
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Technological and compliance aptitude
  • Ability to analyze and respond to information received from stakeholders
  • Ability to operate in a detail-oriented and organized fashion to ensure consistent and timely execution
  • Experience in privacy and data protection
